Omka Technologies Pvt Ltd ("OMKA," "we," "us") sends business correspondence, proposals, and outreach related to our software development and digital services. We do not send unsolicited bulk email, and we do not tolerate the use of our domain, brand, or infrastructure to send spam, phishing, or deceptive email of any kind.

How we use email

Email sent from omkatechnologies.com addresses is used for:

• Correspondence with existing and prospective clients regarding proposals, projects, and support
• Business development outreach to organizations and contacts we have identified as relevant to our services
• Internal and partner communication related to active or prospective engagements

We do not sell, rent, or share email addresses with third parties for marketing purposes.

Opting out

Any recipient of correspondence from an @omkatechnologies.com address may request removal from future communications at any time by replying with "unsubscribe" or by emailing abuse@omkatechnologies.com. We process opt-out requests promptly and do not send further outreach to that address.

Content standards

Email sent from this domain will not:

• Use false, misleading, or deceptive subject lines or sender information
• Harvest or purchase email address lists from disreputable sources
• Contain malicious links, malware, or content designed to deceive the recipient
• Disguise the identity of the sending organization

Compliance and monitoring

We monitor our sending domains and infrastructure against major blocklists and take corrective action promptly if a listing occurs, including reviewing sending practices, addressing root causes, and requesting delisting once remediated. If our domain or infrastructure appears in a blocklist in error, or as a result of a practice we have since corrected, we welcome contact from the listing operator at the address below.
